Abstract

The future of work is changing with many expected to have multiple micro-careers. Thus, workers should be supported to be career-ready in a scalable and intentional manner. The aim of this exploratory study is to investigate the effects of a career planning e-micromodule on preinternship students’ career readiness using the lens of Social Cognitive Career Theory and NACE's Career and Self-development competency.
