Abstract The healthcare workforce encounters high rates of stress and burnout, suggesting the urgent need for strategies to promote self-care to address these issues. Yoga-based practices have become more accepted and valued in the workplace, providing a low-cost approach to help occupational therapists and occupational therapy students entering the field and other healthcare professional colleagues to enhance self-care in order to manage and reduce stress while on the job and promote work-life balance.
