Gestión presupuestal en una empresa de servicios educativos en Lima

Abstract

The study was based on diagnosing budget management in an educational services company in Lima. From the economic perspective, it was determined that companies make budget projections seeking to improve their economy, but that they fail to achieve the objective due to various situations that were not planned, although there are controls for unwanted events, it is not possible to achieve the objectives. goals for the most part, such is the case with this research. The research phrase was holistic with a mixed approach, projective type, deductive and inductive method, comprehensive level, with documentary analysis instruments and an interview with three informant units of the entity. It was concluded that the company has presented unfavorable projections, due to non-compliance with the programmed activities, the rise in prices and unforeseen expenses, which affected the results for the year.
