Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Kelurahan Bendo Berbasis Content Management System Dengan Metode System Usability Scale

Abstract

AbstrakSistem Informasi Kelurahan Bendo berbasis Content Management System WordPress dengan domain https://bendo-magetan.id/ merupakan salah satu layanan Informasi publik yang diberikan oleh Kelurahan Bendo. untuk masyarakat Bendo khususnya dan masyarakat di luar kelurahan Bendo. Penerapan sistem Informasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mengoptimalkan pelayanan Informasi publik untuk masyarakat umum serta khususnya untuk masyarakat Bendo. Sistem Informasi ini sudah berjalan namun belum melakukan evaluasi bagaimana kemudahan, kebermanfaatan serta efektifitas sistem bagi pengguna yang dalam hal ini adalah masyarakat kelurahan Bendo yang diwakili dari 28 RT, 12 RW dan beberapa staff kelurahan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode System Usability Scale (SUS) yang bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi serta mengukur kualitas sistem Informasi Kelurahan Bendo terhadap pengguna. Berdasarkan dari hasil jawaban angket atau kuesioner kepada total 50 perwakilan pengguna masyarakat dan staff kelurahan, telah menghasilkan nilai sebesar 78 yang berada pada kategori Grade C yang artinya masuk dalam range Acceptable. Dengan hasil evaluasi tersebut, maka sistem Informasi kelurahan Bendo masih diperlukan evaluasi serta pengembangan lebih lanjut yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaanya.Kata kunci: Content Management System; Sistem Informasi Kelurahan; System Usability Scale; Website Abstract[Evaluation Of Bendo Village Information System Based On Content Management System with System Usability Scale Method] The Bendo Village Information System based on the WordPress Content Management System with the domain https://bendo-magetan.id/ is one of the public information services provided by the Bendo Village, for the Bendo people in particular and the people outside the Bendo sub-district. The application of this information system aims to improve the quality and optimize public information services for the general public and especially for the people of Bendo. This information system has been running but has not yet evaluated the ease, usefulness, and effectiveness of the system for users, in this case, the Bendo urban village community represented by 28 RTs, 12 RWs, and several village staff. This study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which aims to evaluate and measure the quality of the Bendo Village Information system for users. Based on the results of the questionnaire or questionnaire answers to a total of 50 community user representatives and village staff, it has produced a score of 78 which is in the Grade C category, which means it is included in the Acceptable range.
