Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, organizational commitment, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) moderated by job satisfaction  at the National Unity and Politics Agency of West Sumatra Province, Agam Regency, and West Pasaman Regency. 领导、组织承诺对组织公民行为的影响受工作满意度的调节
本研究的目的是确定领导、组织承诺对西苏门答腊省民族团结与政治机构、阿加姆县和西帕萨曼县工作满意度调节的组织公民行为(OCB)的影响。本研究采用结构质量方程和研究模型路径分析的概念,该模型用于分析变量之间的关系模式,目的是了解自变量(外生)对因变量(内生)的直接和间接影响。本研究的结果是:1)领导对组织公民行为具有积极而显著的影响;2) 组织承诺对组织公民行为具有积极而显著的影响;3) 工作满意度对组织公民行为有积极而显著的影响;4) 领导力对工作满意度有积极而显著的影响;5) 组织承诺对工作满意度有积极而显著的影响;6) 领导通过工作满意度对组织公民行为产生间接影响;7) 组织承诺通过工作满意度对组织公民行为产生间接影响。
