A cross sectional descriptive exploratory study of employees was conducted to assess impact of stress on the perception of work life balance and if and how mindfulness can mediate between these two. Data analysis reveals that mindfulness mediates between stress sand work-life balance and there is a significant impact of mindfulness on work-life balance.
