This technology has passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements organized by Tianjin Science and Technology Commission, which is shaped hydraulic smooth blasting technology. Abstract

聚能水力光面爆破技术的认识、应用与探讨
过去,中国隧道开挖的主要方法是钻孔爆破,但传统的钻孔爆破方法最大的缺点是容易造成严重的过开挖和欠开挖。同时,这种方法的运行周期时间长,导致资源的严重浪费。不仅如此,爆破后产生的大量有毒气体和粉尘也危害着建筑工人的健康。因此,迫切需要一种新的施工技术来解决这一世界性问题。在这种情况下,隧道领域的权威专家、“中国勘察设计大师”石玉新、刘培,以及爆破领域的知名专家丁彦生、陈成光教授、顾义成等专家小组,与中铁十八局五分局西北项目部合作,开发了一项新技术。该技术已通过天津市科委组织的科技成果鉴定,为定型液压光面爆破技术。技术综合评价为“国际领先”水平。本文主要针对钻爆施工存在的弊端,结合笔者对中铁十四局集团四公司在淮南张吉淮铁路九标段二标段隧道开挖过程中引入聚能水力爆破新技术及实际应用效果的认识和探讨。
