Abstract

The combination of the training for postgraduates pursuing professional degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training for residents shows many advantages as well as problems in the comprehensive quality development such as lower enthusiasm towards public affairs, insufficient self-directed learning and research capacity. 联合培养模式下临床医学专业学位研究生综合素质培养的实践探索
临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培养相结合,既有公共事务积极性低、自主学习和研究能力不足等优点,也存在综合素质发展方面的问题。此外,需要强调监督员在教育的整个过程和各个方面的作用,并对专业性提出更高的要求。本文分析了这些问题和挑战的细节,并提出了具体的建议,如建立研究生综合评价体系,加强对学生行为的指导,创新研究生管理体系和活动载体,加强研究能力的培养,推进“双师型”教育,强化导师引领作用,注重专业素养培养,加强医学终极价值观教育。关键词:组合;临床医学专业学位;研究生;综合素质
