Researchers used qualitative research methods by taking research subjects at SD Negeri Pengkol, Kaliori District, Rembang Regency. The result wa s that the learning process wa s supported by formal education and non-formal education. Non-formal education had take n place in an artist's family environment or an art training environment (studio). In general, the artist's family w ould pass on the knowledge and skills they ha d mastered to their children. The artist's family hope d that his abilities w ould continue. Therefore, it wa s not surprising that dance skills, especially traditional and other dances, c ould be mastered well. The stages were carried out by the arts and culture teacher, namely the Dance Teacher, ha d applied the management method, organizing learning with the following stages: (1) the preparation stage, (2) the delivery stage, (3) the practice stage, and (4) the performance stage. Dance learning at SD Pengkol ha s a high carrying capacity both from the aspect of students, teachers, infrastructure, and the assessment system. 摘要本研究旨在分析艺术文化教师在学习过程中所涉及的阶段,以及艺术文化教师在学习过程中所做的工作。研究人员采用定性研究方法,选取了伦邦县Kaliori区SD Negeri Pengkol的研究对象。结果表明,学习过程受到正规教育和非正规教育的支持。非正规教育在艺术家的家庭环境或艺术培训环境(工作室)中进行。一般来说,艺术家的家人会把他们掌握的知识和技能传给他们的孩子。这位艺术家的家人希望他的才能能继续下去。因此,舞蹈技能,特别是传统舞蹈和其他舞蹈,可以掌握得很好也就不足为奇了。这些阶段由艺术文化老师,即舞蹈老师,运用管理方法,按以下几个阶段组织学习:(1)准备阶段,(2)交付阶段,(3)练习阶段,(4)表演阶段。SD Pengkol的舞蹈学习无论从学生、教师、基础设施还是评估体系方面都具有很高的承载能力。舞蹈学习在学生能力和支持学校活动方面都有贡献,学校在舞蹈领域的各种成就证明了这一点。
