A total of 300 valid questionnaires were attained, and robust regression methods were adopted. The results indicate that B&B characteristics significantly affect guests' perceived value. The study reveals that local\n activities make the biggest contribution to guests' perceived value under constraint variables. Abstract

Bed and breakfasts (B&Bs) have a unique set of attributes that impact guests' perceived value.
