Abstract

Kadari Datai eksperimen dianalisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasioi crudei enzimi A. nigeri kadari bioetanoli mobilis. Kadar gula tertinggi rasio crude enzim A. niger : T. reesei 1:0 sebesar 11,99 % v/v dan kadar etanol tertinggi pada rasio crude 2: 1 yaitu 3,16 % v/v.
