The participants were randomly assigned to two experimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups. Before the initiation of the training program, the Conners questionnaire (parent form) was completed by the parents. The training was held every week in two 45-minute sessions for 2 months. At the end of the training, a practical test was performed according to the standards of the province sports board, and the scores were recorded on special sheets. After completing the exercises and testing, the Conners questionnaire for parents was again distributed among the parents.
