Abstract

In order to realize the standardization and normalization of environmental protection project management. 工程项目管理模式创新与智能化管理研究
以实现环保项目管理的规范化、规范化。本文采用文献法对现有项目管理模式的现状进行了研究,指出了存在的问题:缺乏完善的项目管理体系,项目管理信息化应用不足,项目管理分权不清;在此基础上,从完善工程项目管理体制、明确项目管理权限配置、加强工程项目管理信息化建设等方面提出优化策略。并提出了未来项目工程管理的发展趋势,在BOT(建-运-转)和EPC(工程采购-施工)两种主流管理模式的基础上,构建标准化的项目管理平台,实现智能化管理。实现工程项目管理的智能化管理,实现标准化、规范化,大大提高了项目管理的效率。
