A FICCIONALIDADE EM SIMONE DE BEAUVOIR: O ROMANCE A CONVIDADA

Abstract

The present work, we will deal with the constructio n f the fictionality present in the novel She came to stay (1956) of Simone de Beauvoir. We will focus on the work of Franco-Brazilian Discourse Analysis, mo re specifically, on Mendes's (2004) approaches to fictionality and in Charaudeau 's (1983) studies on the notion of effects of real and fiction. In this way, we seek t o verify how Beauvoir's fictional work is constructed both by means of elements that simul ate possible situations and by biographical elements, thus assisting the author in the composition of a philosophically existentialist work. The novel She came to stay (1956) presents, therefore, like an important instrument for the study of the construct ion and constitution of the fictionality in the work of Beauvoir.
