Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of consuming grape seed extract with moderate-intensity aerobic training on the expression of miR-126 and miR-29 in the cardiac tissue in type 1 diabetic male rats. Materials and Methods: 40 rats with an initial weight range of 160-220 g were divided into five groups: Training + Extract, Training, Extract, Diabetic / Control, and Healthy / Control.
