This research is a school action research. Kemmis and Taggart model is used in this action research model and it was done in two cycles. In each cycle there are planning, implementation and observation and reflection. \nThere are 10 people who were the subject of the research consist of 1 school principal and 9 teachers of SD Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan. The result of the research shows that the quality of instruction score from cycle I and II had increased. In cycle I the average score is 67,5 and in cycle II it became 90. Steps of academic supervision with collaborative approach includes (1) planning-defining supervision goal, schedule, technique chosen and instruments used; (2) implementation after socaliazation and agreement with teacher, the implementation included examining the learning instruments, observing the learning prosess, doing the assessment of learning; (3) the analysis of supervision result was done by identify the strength and weaknesses of teacher and then drown a concussion. 摘要本研究旨在通过学术监督和格罗博甘县SD Negeri Kabupaten学校校长的合作方式来提高教学质量。这项研究是一项学校行动研究。该行动研究模型采用Kemmis和Taggart模型,分两个周期进行。每个周期都有规划、实施、观察和反思。研究对象有10人,其中包括格罗博甘县SD Negeri Kabupaten的1名校长和9名教师。研究结果表明,第一和第二周期的教学成绩质量有所提高。在第一个周期中,平均得分为67.5,在第二个周期中为90。协作式学术监督的步骤包括:(1)规划、确定监督目标、时间表、选择的技术和使用的工具;(2) 在社会化和与教师协商后的实施,包括检查学习工具、观察学习过程、进行学习评价;(3) 通过识别教师的长处和短处,然后淹没震荡,对监督结果进行分析。根据研究结果和讨论,可以得出结论,校长的学术监督可以提高教师的教学质量。关键词:学术监督,合作方式,教学质量。
