For a long while Mrs. Chan Toon, who after her husband’s death became Mrs. WoodhousePearse, refused to permit the masque to be printed : : : . An arrangement, however, having been completed, the play is now made public. (Wilde 1922) The Journal of Burma Studies Vol. 25, No. 1 (2021), pp. 135–148 © 2021 Center for Burma Studies
