SDT-based measures demonstrated internal consistency in this under-studied population, with perceived competence/autonomy associationed with motivation to reduce HIV/HCV/SUD risk. Drug treatment courts (DTC) address substance use disorders (SUD) but not cooccurrencing HIV or hepatitis C virus (HCV).
