A significant decrease was noted in clinical scores after the treatment. Side effects were minimal and acceptable. When comparing atrophic scars to erythematous ones laser treatment was more effective for atrophic types. In conclusion, our findings revealed that laser treatment with FCL + FRFL for acne scars is successful, effective and comfortable. Abstract

Acne scars lead to physical and psychological problems for young adults therefore they should be treated effectively.
