Abstract

Background: Cholangiocarcinoma is a kind of invasive malignant tumor followed by hepatocellular carcinoma. miR-451 was suggested to function as regulator in various human tumors, but its role in mediating tumor progression and predicting the prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma remains unknown.
