We analyzed bioinformatics databases and conducted cell biology experiments to determine that compared with adjacent tissue and normal cells, the expression level of miR-433-3p in glioma tissue and cells was lower, while the expression level of AJUBA was higher. Abstract

Introduction: Glioma is the most aggressive and malignant type of tumors among primary intracranial tumors. miR-433-3p has been verified to be correlated with the formation and progression of many types of cancers.
