Patients in the treatment group additionally received XYP for 8 weeks. The wound healing was observed. Contents and protein expressions of VEGF/SDF-1 a/CXCR4 were detected using SP method and Western blot. Results The wound healing rates after 2, 4, 8 weeks of treatment were signifi- cantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (all P <0. 05). Contents and protein expres- sions of VEGF/SDF-1 a/CXCR4 protein expression at week 8 after treatment were all significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0. 05). Abstract

[消毒愈瘀膏对糖尿病足肉芽组织中VEGF/ sdf - 1a /CXCR4蛋白表达的影响]。
