The tumor size ranged from 0.3 cm × 1.0 cm to 0.5 cm× 1.0 cm, and the defects size ranged from0.5 cm× 1.2 cmto0.8 cm×1.2 cm.The kite flaps were 0.6 cm × 1.2 cm to 1.0 cm × 1.5 cm.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>All the 12 flaps survived completely with primary healing and no complication. The scar was inconspicious,which was hidden into brows. The brows showed good symmetric cosmetic effect.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>The kite flap has reliable blood supply and survival rate, which does not affect the brows symmetry.
