Abstract

Objective: To investigate the application of the digital osteotomy template in the mandibular angle osteotomy,so as to increase the precision and symmetry of the osteotomy.

[指骨截骨模板在下颌角截骨中的应用]。
目的:探讨数字截骨模板在下颌角截骨中的应用,以提高截骨的精度和对称性。方法:8例患者均为女性,平均年龄25.5岁。使用三维成像软件ProPlan将CT数据(DICOM格式)重新格式化为三维图像。利用ProPlan软件在数字三维理论模型上设计截骨线。然后将截骨统计数据以STL文件的形式导入GeoMagic中,设计三维截骨模板。截骨模板采用经FDA认证的聚乳酸通过RP机制作。术中将模板置入术区,引导截骨。用磨球沿截骨板边缘划一条线,用鹅锯沿曲线线截骨。结果:所取骨与模板吻合良好。术后结果满意。没有发生骨折、危及生命的出血和感染等并发症。术后测量显示对称性良好。结论:在截骨模板的指导下,外科医生可以准确地进行截骨手术。截骨术的精确性和对称性大大提高。
