The moderate increasing of monocytes and platelets number, as well as increment of eosinophilic granulocytes number have been observed. 26 weeks of experiment (after 6 weeks discontinuation of DMH) leads to reduction of hemoglobin and erythrocytes number, a moderate increase of monocytes number and increment of platelets number in rats blood. Abstract

Morphofunctional parameters of blood cells of the rats with dimethylhydrazine induced colon carcinogenesis have been investigated.
