[Tiotropium in asthma--a new opportunity?].

Abstract

Tiotropium, after years of study, began to find place among asthma medications. The authors analyze all the benefits and limitations of existing studies and try to position the 2014 indications of tiotropium in two types of conditions: asthma-COPD overlap syndrome and moderate and severe asthma.
