In NS, agreement was substantial for inflammatory bowel disease (k = 0.71) and moderate for epilepsy (k = 0.48).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Administrative definitions for commonly observed comorbidities in MS performed well in 2 distinct jurisdictions.
