Varying radiological appearances in the terminal ileum associated with crohn's disease

  A brief review of the literature and pathology of Crohn's disease is given.

  The varying radiological appearances in Crohn's disease in 13 patients have been reviewed.

• 3.

  Two cases showed dilatation of the terminal ileum although involved by Crohn's disease, and one of them showed an ulcer crater. One case showed deformity of the c˦cum due to fibrosis, while radiologically the terminal ileum was normal, although it was involved by the disease.
