The diameter of PD and the diameter of appressed endoplasmic reticulum (AER) in PD underwent a series of changes. Abstract
Using fluorescence and electron microscopy, the ultrastructure and symplastic transport function of Ectodesmata-like (ED-like) were studied in the declining parenchyma cells of garlic during germination period.
