Abstract

North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System of Great Neck, NY, is at least as large as its name implies. The system served more than 233,000 patients last year and generated about dollar 3.71 billion in revenues. Its 2004 annual report, Creating a Community of Caring, presented all this information and more while emphasizing the community-oriented mission to which it adheres. Touching photography and copy serve its purposes admirably.
