FSH, LH, Testosterone, GH, and IGF-I were evaluated. Seminal parameters: sperm concentration, sperm motility and morphology were studied before and after therapy. Five responder patients showed an increase of seminal parameters both in sperm concentration and total number of motile spermatozoa.
