Clinical and laboratory features of the myeloid and lymphocytic leukemias.

Abstract

This paper reviews the pertinent presenting features (clinical and laboratory) in the myeloid and lymphocytic leukemias, with emphasis on findings in the blood smear. Cell counts and their diagnostic significance are discussed. Data reported are derived from a study of patients seen at the University of Rochester Medical Center between 1970 and 1982.
