Abstract

A method has been developed for the separation of leucine, 2-ketoisocaproic acid, isovaleryl CoA, 3-methylcrotonyl CoA, 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl CoA, 3-methylglutaconyl CoA, acetyl CoA, and acetoacetic acid by ion-exchange high-performance liquid chromatography.
