Abstract
Therapeutic Nanopaper
Smart wound-healing patches with defined nanoproperties embed both lipophilic and hydrophilic drugs in the same cellulose/peptide hydrogels thereby enabling the delivery of complementary drugs at one wound site. Real-time growth tracked via pulsed X-ray sources also makes these hydrogels a tool for drug analysis. See Research Article e71285 by Stephan V. Roth, Simone Techert and co-workers for more details.
