Abstract
Using a commercially available bis-diazirine cross-linker, we demonstrate efficient thermally activated carbene insertion into the FPI polymer backbone bearing exclusively sp2 C–H bonds, achieving high cross-linking efficiency at only 2 wt.% loading while concurrently enhancing mechanical strength, thermal stability, and dielectric breakdown strength.
