Abstract
This paper addresses prescribed-time event-triggered pinning synchronization of complex memristive neural networks via an integrated framework with prescribed-time control, event triggering, pinning, and saturation compensation. In contrast to finite/predefined-time methods, a superlinear gain renders synchronization time user-assigned and initial-condition-independent. A relative-error triggering rule with a guaranteed minimum inter-event interval reduces communication overhead, and the absence of Zeno behavior is rigorously guaranteed, overcoming a common limitation of existing event-triggered designs. Saturation compensation ensures stability under bounded inputs. Lyapunov-based sufficient conditions guarantee prescribed-time synchronization and Zeno-free operation. Simulations on a chaotic memristive Hopfield network confirm accurate synchronization within the preset time, reduced overhead, and robustness under actuator constraints.
