Abstract
This case highlights the forensic and psychological implications of sequential polyvictimisation in a minor. A 6-year-old child exposed to gender-based violence, maternal homicide and alleged sexual abuse underwent forensic evaluation. Multidisciplinary assessments and legal procedures were conducted to determine psychological harm and testimonial capacity. Findings revealed cumulative vulnerability, attachment disruption and systemic gaps in protection. This case underscores the need for integrated child protection strategies.
