Abstract
The composition of phenolic components in extracts of knot zones of Larix decidua (European falling larch) wood was analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry. It was determined that the principal components were quercetin, dihydroquercetin, secoisolariciresinol, isolariciresinol, and dihydrokaempferol, which is similar to the case of extracts of other types of larch.
