Abstract
Microgels based on carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) containing stable ruthenium ions and 106Ru isotope were synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and radiochemical methods: double CMC—Ru/106Ru and triple CMC—Ru—L (L is inducible NO synthase inhibitor or in vivo NO synthase activator). The distribution of these samples in the mice organism was studied, and the times of their complete or partial elimination were estimated. The resulting preparations showed potential for medical use.
