Abstract
Through the study and use of new energy generation technologies related to body effect nanogenerators, it is possible to realize the efficient conversion of the large amount of hydrokinetic energy in nature and life into electrical energy. This study relies on the working principle of the body-effect nanogenerator to investigate the effects of external droplet design parameters (e.g., droplet volume, droplet drop height, and droplet drop frequency) on the generator output performance. Appropriate external parameters are explored experimentally to enable the body-effect nanogenerator to achieve higher performance while ensuring the stability of electrical output. The relationship between the electrical component parameters and the electrical characteristics of the droplet generator is analyzed, and the principle of how the design of the physical structure corresponding to the equivalent capacitance affects the output of the body-effect nanogenerator is revealed through the establishment of a concise equivalent circuit model. It is of great significance to the research in the field related to water energy harvesting.
