Abstract

In our prospective cohort of 5,252 children with suspected Lyme disease, lumbar punctures (6.2% vs. 6.9%) were similar, but joint procedures (14.2% vs. 5.5%) and hospitalization (23.4% vs. 18.7%) were more frequent for children with Lyme disease than mimics.
