Abstract
RETRACTION:
M. P. Mohandass and M. Deepak, “ Direct Torque Control for SRM With Restructured Switching States and Two-Level Band to Improve the Performance Parameters,” International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications54, no. 4 (2026): 2001-2011, https://doi.org/10.1002/cta.70101.
The above article, published online on 13 August 2025 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been retracted by agreement between the journal Editor-in-Chief, Ahmed El Wakil; and John Wiley & Sons Ltd. The retraction has been agreed upon following concerns raised by a third party. An investigation identified duplication between Figures 7 and 8 of this article and figures in an unpublished article submitted to another journal by a different set of authors. Further duplication was identified between Figures 10, 11, and 12 of this article and figures published earlier in another article by one of the same authors. The authors were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the duplications or original MATLAB files corresponding to Figures 7 and 8. As a result, the editors consider the results and conclusions to be compromised. The authors did not respond when asked to agree to the final wording of the retraction.
