Abstract

Illuminating Biointerfaces

Light defines where to sense; the soft and conformable organic light-addressable potentiometric sensor (oLAPS) captures local bioelectrical potentials, opening a new route to spatially resolved mapping of electrophysiological and biochemical events in biological systems, such as the brain. See Research Article e71177 by Hiroyuki Matsui and co-workers for more details.
