Abstract

Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is a complication of cystic fibrosis (CF) that often requires treatment. Oral corticosteroids (OCS) are the first-line therapy; however, antifungals alone or in combination with OCS are commonly used despite limited data supporting their role.
