Abstract

Data on national trends in the prevalence of type 2 diabetes and intermediate hyperglycaemia using the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) are scarce. We aimed to identify trends in the prevalence of type 2 diabetes and intermediate hyperglycaemia in Mauritius, a country that has monitored prevalence over 34 years using OGTT.
