The model elements were identified in each setting studied; however, few studies used the model comprehensively.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>NSM has provided a framework for practice in women's health, using the five variables to guide interventions directed toward health problems, strengthening lines of defense and resistance. Abstract
Objective: To map the scientific evidence on the use of the Neuman Systems Model (NSM) in the field of women's health.
Method: A scoping review.
