Abstract
Deuterium engineering is employed to unlock a tripartite enhancement in NIR-Ⅱ AIEgens. This approach simultaneously boosts fluorescence quantum yield, reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, and physiological stability while retaining photothermal efficiency. The resulting nanoparticles enable trimodal imaging and synergistic phototherapy for complete tumor ablation, and also facilitate high-contrast fluorescence-guided surgical resection of colorectal cancer, significantly prolonging survival in vivo.
