Abstract

This article traces the historical changes in colorectal cancer (CRC) epidemiology both globally and in the United States, highlighting current challenges such as the rising incidence of early-onset CRC and persistent racial disparities in CRC incidence, mortality, and survival, as well as future directions for improving health inequities in CRC.
