Spectral–Angular Distributions of X-Ray Twisted Photons Emitted by Relativistic Electrons During Axial Channeling

Abstract

The spectral–angular distribution of twisted photons emitted by relativistic electrons during axial channeling has been studied within quantum electrodynamics. The emission probability exhibits sharp peaks at certain energies at the positions of the emission peaks during channeling. The photon distribution has two maxima in the energy–angle plane.
