Abstract
In Nature Catalysis, Jiang et al. report the rapid continuous-flow synthesis of the antimalarial drug artemisinin with Ru-loaded covalent organic framework (COF) nanofluids. Integrating the nanofluids into a photomicroreactor enables the photooxidation of dihydroartemisinic acid to artemisinin in 64% yield.
